Nashville lit up as the stars came out at the Wildhorse Saloon on Sunday September 28th, where country music elite Doug Stone, Paulette Carlson, and Wade Hayes delivered stellar performances to a packed house for the taping of the "Back On Stage" TV pilot for presentation to CMT and other networks. The show was hosted by the charismatic and oftentimes humorous country music star, Cowboy Troy.

The setting was abuzz from 2 PM to Midnight, due to the city of Nashville having not only the excitement of the gathering crowd for the Back On Stage show going on at the Wildhorse, yet, thousands of bikers embarked upon the town and Riverfront Park where Dierks Bentley hosted his annual "Miles & Music for Kids" bike ride and concert.

Doug Stone rendered a brilliant performance for the Back On Stage show. His set was that of a seasoned vocalist and entertainer who knows how to captivate his audience.  Doug's voice was excellent and on form, delivering the songs as only Doug Stone can. Further proving why he is the country music legend that he is.  It is no wonder that he received nominations from the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM), Music City News Awards, and Country Music Association (CMA) Awards, and also nominated for a Grammy award.

The artists were backed by a dynamic and superb band of accomplished Nashville A-Team musicians, Kevin Ray-guitar, Jeff Williams-keyboards, RK Brown-bass, Ronnie Pittman-acoustic guitar, Phillip "Bobo" Benefield-drums, Tim Hamilton-pedal steel, and Jason the Fabulous Fiddler-fiddle.

The show's producer Dwayne Bell and his entire staff's presentation and production of the show was nothing short of excellent. All in, the evening was filled with great music, enjoyable, and very entertaining.

More news to come as the pilot series story develops.

Doug Stone is participating as an artist in the taping of a television pilot in Nashville at the Wildhorse Saloon. The proposed CMT television pilot named "Back On Stage" is based upon a 12 week show, where all artist participants appear for 12 consecutive weeks and perform one song each week. Each week the song the performer sings will be voted on by fans each week to earn points. At the end of the 12 week cycle, the song with the most points will be the winning song. Every artist participating will have a winning song selected at the end of the cycle. The concept is that at the end of the 12 weeks cycle, there will be exposure enough for each performer to put out a new album tied into their run on the show.

Further news to come as this story develops.

Jade Jack is writing and touring with Doug Stone for a,"2014 Summer Special Celebration of Country Music". Doug Stone says; "Jade has the sound of a singer three times her age. A definite plus for country music. The album really, really shows off her voice. She shows shades of Dolly Parton and Patsy Cline. If you are a fan of real country music, Jade's CD is a must listen". Country music couldn't come more naturally to Jade Jack. Her love for country fiddles and cryin' steel guitars began the day she was born. When Jade first got opportunities to sing onstage at fairs, festivals, and honky-tonks, the crowds were expecting to hear songs that most 5 year old children would sing, but Jade would bust out with songs such as “Don’t Come Home A Drinkin’ With Loving On Your Mind” and “Let’s Chase Each Other Around The Room Tonight", surprising and delighting crowds all over Texas.

When Jade's aunt Dottie Jack recorded a CD in 2007, Jade made a guest appearance playing alongside Texas Country Great, Bobby Flores, who shortly after became Jade's fiddle instructor. Jade then began making appearances at local Opry Shows with her Aunt Dottie. This led to a show at a breast cancer awareness event at Pearl's Dancehall at the Stockyard's at Ft Worth where Jade caught the attention of Country Music Legend, Ms. Leona Williams. The two instantly bonded and agreed to stay in touch. Jade began work on her first CD in August 2009 in Nashville, TN and had it finished just in time for a trip to Branson, MO. Jade was invited by Leona Williams to be a guest on a series of shows that were held in October 2009 in Branson, MO. at Silver Dollar City. Imagine Jade's excitement when Leona called weeks before to ask her if she, instead of a guest appearance, would be Leona's fiddle player all week. Jade was thrilled and honored by the invitation and unknown to Leona, had already memorized most of her songs. This would be Jade's first show to introduce her debut CD, properly entitled "Growin' Up Country". She has since done countless shows with Leona, including numerous festivals, three appearances on Ernest Tubb's Midnight Jamboree, two appearances on "Midwest Country" for RFDTV, "TruCountry" on RFDTV, "Kelly's Kountry Junctin" for PBS in the Ozarks, Johnny Bush's 75th Birthday Bash at Willie's Place, & the Heart of Texas Records' Music Festival. It has never been a secret that Leona Williams will always be Jade's favorite female country singer and is forever grateful for her love, support and mentorship.

Jade can be seen all over the country keeping traditional country music alive. When she's not fronting her own band at dancehalls all over the State, she can be found playing fiddle for Tony Booth in his band, as well as other Texas artists like Justin Trevino, Amber Digby, Kimberly Murray, Curtis Potter, Patrick Murphy & Johnny Bush to name just a few.

She’s a singer, a songwriter and a fiddler and, if you’re looking for Real Country Music, the way it should be done, be on the lookout for Jade Jack’s new album entitled "Off the Record." This project, set to be released mid-April, has been produced by Justin Trevino and it is Pure Country. Big things are happening for this blue-eyed, country girl On and “Off the Record”.  Visit Jade Jack's website:  jadejack.com.
